How do you earn driving credit?
- Sign up before you drive: Click the button below and sign up before the start of your booking to let us know you want to earn driving credit.
- Drive: Make a trip of at least 250 km (for € 25 driving credit), 500 km (for € 75), or 1,000 km (for € 150) before or up until 4 November 2024 to earn driving credit.
- Receive your voucher: After your trip, we’ll send you a voucher code for your driving credit within an hour. That's how you enjoy a discount on your next trip(s)!
Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my driving credit?
If you’ve signed up for the credit prior to your trip, you’ll receive your driving credit voucher within an hour of completing your trip: € 25 (for 250 to 499 km), € 75 (for 500 to 999 km), or € 150 (for 1,000+ km). You can only receive one voucher per trip.
After you add it to your account, the discount will automatically apply to your next Greenwheels trip(s).
Can I sign up for driving credit even if I'm not sure I'll be driving?
Yes, signing up is without obligation. You’re free to decide later if you want to make a trip and how many kilometers you drive.
I already booked a car. Can I still earn driving credit?
Yes, as long as you sign up for the offer before your trip starts. You can’t do it during or after your trip.
Can I combine kilometers from different trips to earn driving credit?
No, you cannot sum up te kilometres from different trips to earn driving credit. You need to make one Greenwheels trip of at least 250 km, 500 km, or 1,000 km during the promotion period to earn driving credit.
Can I earn driving credit if my trip takes (partly) place outside the promotion period?
No, you can only earn driving credit for trips that start after you've signed up for the promotion and end before or on 4 November 2024.
How do I book a car using Day and Week Deals?
With your Greenwheels Medewerker rate, you can enjoy Day and Week Deals, which offers up to 75% off trips lasting a day or longer. The discount is applied automatically to your trips, and you can choose any start and end time you like.
Terms and conditions
1. General
The Kilometer Bonus Promotion (hereafter referred to as "the promotion") is valid from October 1st to November 4th 2024 (hereafter referred to as "the promotion period"). Participation in this promotion is only open to all Greenwheels customers with a private rate ("Occasional," "Regular," or "Frequent").
Customers must activate the promotion before the start of their booking using the form. This must be done with the email address of the main driver or an additional driver. The promotion is valid once confirmation is received by email at the provided address.
The promotion only applies to trips made with a Greenwheels shared car where the booking period starts after the customer activated the promotion, and ends before or on November 4th 2024. Trips by both the main driver and additional drivers are eligible for the promotion.
2. Driving credit
After an eligible trip, participants will receive a voucher code via email within one hour of the end of the booking, based on the distance driven during the trip:
- € 25 driving credit for trips between 250 km and 499 km
- € 75 driving credit for trips between 500 km and 999 km
- € 150 driving credit for trips of 1,000 km or more
For each eligible trip, one voucher code will be awarded with driving credit of € 25, € 75, or € 150. The voucher code can be claimed in the main driver’s account until December 31, 2024. Once the customer claims the voucher code, the driving credit will be valid for 3 months. The driving credit can be used for trips made after the customer has claimed the voucher code. The value of the voucher code is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used as driving credit with Greenwheels. This is how driving credit works.
3. Activation and promotion
The promotion must be activated before the start of the booking. Bookings that begin before the promotion is activated by the customer are not eligible for driving credit. Existing bookings are eligible for the promotion, as long as all conditions are met. It is the customer's responsibility to activate the promotion correctly and on time.
4. Other conditions
If there is any suspicion of misuse or fraud, Greenwheels reserves the right to refuse participation in the promotion. By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
