Changes as of 1 June 2024

Pricing and terms and conditions

 

Unfortunately, the increased prices of fuel, maintenance, and insurance also have an impact on our prices. Despite this, we continue to make every effort to make neighbourhoods more livable by taking cars off the streets. That's why we believe it's important that our shared cars remain accessible to everyone. To achieve this, we will be implementing a number of changes effective June 1, 2024.

 

These are the main changes:

 

• For the Occasional rate, there's an unlock fee of € 1 per trip
• The fixed monthly amount for the Zzp Go rate will change to € 7,50/month
• We're introducing Budget cars
• The price per kilometre will increase by 1 cent
• The price per hour and Day and Week Deals will change for some rates
• The administrative costs for fines become € 15

Good to know: the price changes apply to all bookings for trips starting on or after 1 June 2024. All prices mentioned are including VAT for private rates and excluding VAT for business and zzp (freelance) rates.

 

Unlock fee

As of 1 June 2024, we're introducing an unlock fee of € 1 per trip for the Occasional rate to discourage short trips. Planning to go out more often? The Regular and Frequent rates don't have an unlock fee and you'll drive for a lower price.

 

Fixed amounts

For the Zzp Go rate only, we'll change the fixed monthly amount to € 7,50. For the Occasional, Regular, Frequent, Zzp Pro, Business Go, and Business Pro rates, these remain unchanged.

 

New: Budget cars

With these compact cars, you can hit the road for a lower price. You'll recognise them by their special icon and can find them in the app starting 1 June by using the filter.

 

Hourly and kilometre prices:

• Occasional: € 3,51/hour and € 0,38/km
• Regular: € 2,88/hour and € 0,34/km
• Frequent: € 2,07/hour and € 0,27/km
• Zzp Go: € 2,48/hour and € 0,29/km
• Zzp Pro: € 1,76/hour and € 0,24/km
• Business Go: € 3,38/hour and € 0,34/km
• Business Pro: € 2,57/hour and € 0,27/km

• Occasional: N/A
• Regular: € 35,10/day, € 58,50/2 days, € 143,10/week
• Frequent: € 28,80/day, € 49,50/2 days, € 134,10/week
• Zzp Go: N/A

• Regular: € 0,38/km for compact and electric, € 0,43/km for estate cars and vans
• Frequent: € 0,30/km for compact and electric, € 0,36/km for estate cars and vans
• Zzp Go: € 0,32/km for compact and electric, € 0,37/km for estate cars and vans
• Zzp Pro: € 0,27/km for compact and electric, € 0,31/km for estate cars and vans
• Business Go: € 0,38/km for compact and electric, € 0,43/km for estate cars and vans
• Business Pro: € 0,30/km for compact and electric, € 0,35/km for estate cars and vans

 

What are the new prices per hour?

The prices per hour will change for the Zzp Go, Zzp Pro, Business Go and Business Pro rates. Below you can find the new prices as of 1 June 2024 for these rates. The prices per hour for the private rates remain the same.

• Zzp Pro: € 1,95/hour
• Business Go: € 3,75/hour
• Business Pro: € 2,85/hour

• Zzp Go: € 4,25/hour
• Zzp Pro: € 3,50/hour
• Business Go: € 5,45/hour
• Business Pro: € 4,20/hour
