Business. Invite additional drivers
Sharing the simplicity of Greenwheels business with your colleagues and team members.
It’s as easy as 1,2,3 to invite colleagues as new drivers within your corporate Greenwheels account. This way our cars become your cars – for the entire team. You can invite anyone with a valid driver's license within your company or organisation. And from that point on, colleagues can reserve a shared car themselves when they need it.
Invoices and insights
On the tailor made Greenwheels VAT invoice as well as in your account you can easily see who made which reservation and also duration and length (kms) of the trip.
Do you want to be automatically informed of reservations and trips outside working hours? This is possible with our Outside Office Hours alert.
Did you know that you can also promote drivers to Planner with our Planner functionality? This way, multiple colleagues within your company or organisation can easily manage the business Greenwheels account.
With Business Go you can add up to 10 drivers to your account. With Business Pro and Corporate the world is your oyster: these plans come with unlimited drivers.
